I've owned this place for 7 years and I mostly haven't lived here. It needs love, care and attention.
It's for sale because I have other plans now. I would also consider a legally contracted long-term commercial rental agreement of 5-10+ years. The contractor would have to pay for any works to suit their business.
It is very ugly! But, if someone wanted to do something with it such as a storage business, then it has the potential to look nice. It might be possible to get permission to do something else with the place, because it is currently an eyesore in what is otherwise a really beautiful location.
There's enough room to grow lots of veg or create a garden.
There are 2 access gates. 1 is big enough for a vehicle up to 10 metres to access the biggest shed.
There is 3-phase electricity available.
There aren't many properties around that have both large business potential and have a house together. It could be a great opportunity for someone.
The key word here is Potential!
It's about 1km from the main road and it's very quiet here. It's not on the village road so there's no passing traffic apart from the occasional tractor.
Lots of concrete means it's pretty safe from fires too - always a bonus in these days of high fire-risk. There's also a large water storage tank approx 25,000 litres, it needs fixing.

The well was installed about 4 years ago
The water is drinkable and is pumped to a storage tank in the attic. It is plentiful all year round. There is another pump in the attic that gives the tap water lots of pressure.
